COMPLETE INTERMENT PACKAGE. Garden of Crucifixion, exterior, tandem Heritage Companion Mausoleum Crypts, Row F, #41 and $42. Crypt can be viewed from both inside and outside.
Includes Two (2) Deluxe Heritage Memorial Systems (HMS) to include:
1. HMS casket surround and base
2. High quality velvet interior
3. Removable crypt beds that serve as a liner to the casket. (reinforced polymers), 50 year warranty and will be replaced, if necessary, without cost for vault or labor.
4. Bronze Plate, 5” x 10” with Birth / Death dates and names on outer wall.
5. Bronze Cenotaph, 2” x 10”, with names, on inside wall of Meditation Chapel.
6. All components of the HMS System will be transported to designated Funeral Home.
7. Committal services can be held inside the Mausoleum in the Meditation Chapel.
8. Perpetual Care.
There is a deed transfer fee of $195.00.
