IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY. Original owner holds deed and will meet purchaser at cemetery to satisfy their requirement for transfer of deed. Some advertised plots have owners that live out of state or would not be able to meet your time frame. We have sold plots through this website at this cemetery and know what the cemetery process is. If everything is notarized, we can go to the office at different times. The most efficient way is to meet there.

Adjacent plots, purchased in 1962, sold for this price so we believe this is good pricing. These are the last remaining plots from our original purchase. There is almost nothing available in this area, especially side-by-side plots. There are some singles. This exceptional location is very near the cemetery access road. This will be most important for a winter burial if there is very much snow.
