What Community do You want to Serve?

You simply pick by zip codes an area big enough to encompass a population of 100,000 people. We will help you with this.

A 100,000 people area is necessary to ensure our formula “income potential matrix” will work. If this is too big and you don’t require the $40,000/year minimum we believe is necessary as an income level you can choose a lesser size area.

How Much Time Do I Have to Devote?

Depending on your area, you should expect to devote about an hour or two a day to your consulting work.

How do I get an exclusive Zip Code Area?

Each 100,000 people area of Zip Codes has a Locking Area Fee of $200 and a required annual revenue generation of $4,000 in gross sales (this is 10% of the potential revenue matrix of an area).

$200 is a lot of money for an unproven idea. Is there a way to ease into this business and still get exclusive areas?

Yes you can ease into a territory if the money is the only thing keeping you from trying this. We do believe the revenue projections are more than just wishful thinking, however we understand the skepticism and you can initially secure an area for $50 and have the remaining $150 be taken out of your 50% share by having us keep 10% and send you 40% until the amount is paid.

How Do I get paid?

You will receive from 25% to 40% of every dollar your area’s clients invest in Final Arrangements Network, no matter whether someone purchases through you or Final Arrangements Network directly. Once you have decided on the zip codes of your area, every dollar generated in that area is shared with the Representative of that area.

Can I get a bigger area and have my own Representatives working for me?

Yes, but you can have no more than 4 representatives per area and they must be paid 80% of the revenue they generate. You receive 20% of everything your representatives generate in addition to what you generate. We will handle the paperwork on this for you.

What does a Representative Do?

A representative helps people who want to make plans for funeral and cemetery arrangements put them together. People who want to sell cemetery property or funeral goods and services they may own would use a representative to prepare and register these items for sale in the Cemetery Registry as well as provide local awareness of them to Churches, Funeral Homes, Cemeteries and others who provide death care services to the community. Provide information and buying opportunities for memorials, caskets, urns, vaults, flowers, etc. where allowed by law.
