These are currently selling through the Cemetery for $2,145 each. I have been in contact with the office and the Warranty Deed is in order for these to be sold so I believe the transaction will be smooth and easy and can be completed within 5 or so business days. The Cemetery office assists with the sale every step of the way! I will pay the $45 transfer fee.
