This Lot is selling from the Memorial Gardens at approximately $1,950. We are selling it for $600 and the buyer is to pay any/all transfer fees. At this time I do not believe there is any other expenses, however, if in doubt contact Grandview Memorial Gardens to ask in advance. We purchased the Lot Jan 1987 and will no longer be in need of it.
