Details of
this Registration:
Two Lots + Six Lots for a total of Eight Lots. (They do not need to be purchased together or by the same individual) We prefer to sell two Lots at a time. Each Lot is valued at $3,700.00, we are selling Lot for $3,200.00. All the Lots are for Full Size Graves and Standard Ground Burial with Perpetual Care for the Lots included in the price of each Lot. The buyer will be responsible for paying the $100.00 fee for the title change.
** 2 Lots - Evergreen, Section 9, Lot 0205, Plots 3 & 4 . They are in the Ivy Memorial Tower area of the Evergreen Cemetery which is on the same side of the street and up on a hill behind the main building.
** 6 Lots - Evergreen, Section 14, Lot 0536, Plots 1 - 6. They are all together in the Evergreen Cemetery, on the same side of the street as the main building but near the University of Washington Memorial #1. They are also on a hillside sloping slightly down. The Lots in these areas are currently selling for $3,700.00 each. The lots have appreciated from $,2800 in just four years! This area of the Cemetery is the older part of the cemetary and is sold out.
Evergreen-Washelli is located at 11111 Aurora Ave North, Seattle WA 98133 (206) 362-5200, just north of downtown Seattle. It is the oldest and largest cemetary in Seattle. Please send us your email address and we will send photos of the plots.

The Plots are for sales at $4,500 each. Included with the plot is the perpetual care for the Plots. These Plots retail for $5,000 each. We are willing to take a reasonable offer for both Plots.
This area of the Cemetery contains full sized Graves with standard ground burial.
This does not include the $100.00 transfer fee per Plot to Evergreen Washelli.
