I have these 4 Burial Plots available for sell by pairs (2) only. I will not sell just one by itself. I am asking $3,750.00 for the pair (2) Plots. You may pick which Plots, 1 & 2, and/or 3 & 4 of your choosing. This price already includes the perpetual care by Restlawn Memorial Park. I will consider reasonable offers for 2 Burial Plots and/or for all 4 Burial Plots. If all 4 Burial Plots are preferred, price is reduced to $6,500.00.
Any and all Title transfer fees will be paid by the Buyer.
The Real Property (Burial Plots) Deed will be conveyed to you by Quit Claim Deed provided by Restlawn personnel.
Payment to be by approved Bank Cashier's check and/or USPS Money Order, which need to clear before final papers are returned by USPS and/or FedEx registered mail/insurance paid by the Seller.
I would consider all Reasonable Offers toward 2 or all 4 Burial Plots.
