If you prefer another garden in the Park, the rights can be transferred. For example, someone looking for a Catholic plot could transfer to the consecrated Catholic garden. Graceland East has the only consecrated Catholic garden in South Carolina.

The current price at the sales office is $6,000 for the pair ($3,000 each). We are selling them together for the discounted price of $5,000 (a savings of $1,000). Some negotiation is possible.

Payment can be made through Paypal.com. Once payment is made we will send you (by overnight courier) the signed Quitclaim Deed required to transfer ownership to you. You will then contact the office at Graceland East to complete the transaction. (If you prefer to have a third party handle the transaction, such as a lawyer or title company, let us know.) There is a $295.00 transfer fee charged by the office, which is paid by the buyer.
