The Burial Space is located in the Garden of Hope section, lot number 44, space A. You can personally view the Space from dusk to dawn open 7 days a week. Once you enter church grounds pass the lake and follow the road left to the large black gates lettered with Landmark Memorial Gardens. Follow the road beyond the gate by 1/8 mile until you see a large 6’ x 6’ map of the Memorial Gardens with all sections, lot numbers, and spaces clearly marked.
You will take possession of the title at the Landmark Church business office Monday through Friday 9 – 4. At that time, we will sit down with the Sexton in charge of ownership transfers and I will give you a Notarized Letter of Transfer along with all the original ownership documentation. You will receive title and bill of sale at this time.
List price to buy this package from Landmark is $2,925.
I don’t believe the Landmark $2,925 cost includes the vault. So, if you were to buy directly from Landmark instead of me you may have to buy a vault (required by law for environmental reasons) separately which can cost anywhere from $900 to $7,000. Were you to purchase a bronze marker and bronze vase combination your cost can be $600 to $1500. A bronze vase alone can be $185. Given the vault and bronze marker / bronze vase has a minimum value of $1500 you get the premium space for $95.
